Jeez I'm hungry...I'm salivating over the thought of a chipotle tuna melt from Burgers and Beer right now.
Have you tried one of those? Nice and spicy, and very tasty with sourdough....I also like to dip the regular fries in a mix of Cholula hot sauce and ranch, yum...and then guzzle it down with iced tea!
I order a decent chipotle tuna melt from Subway, too, and Quizno's has that great angus beef sammich, but to me nothin beats that mess of goo at B & B =)
What's your favorite sandwich (burgers not included) and where do you get 'em?

My favorite sandwhich ... I like em all. My favorite was a sandwhich I had a couple of years ago. It was roasted beef served on pretzel bread, which I never even thought to use outside of its traditional shape. That was a thing of beauty.
I have trouble picking favorites. If we were talking least favorite, that's easy for me: The Cold Baked Meatloaf sandwhich at DZ Akins in SD. It's a four inch cube of cold left over meatloaf served on dry untoasted rye bread. It was the first meal in 16 years that I didn't finish (yes I can remember the last meal I didn't finish. My mom's first attempt at -- and my first taste of -- chiles rellenos. I was in the spring of '92)
I don't know who posted this entry, but I think you should know ... I ramble.

It was you, jonathan! Thanks for the nice post.
As far as chiles rellenos go, Polito's in Calexico changed my life. That woman (the main cook) served me a traditional chile relleno, bathed in a red salsa. I dug in as a courtesy, AND LOVED IT!!! She made a Mexican out of me.

I know I'm gonna sound like as if I have some kind of affiliation with The Rock Cafe, but they have some really good panini's (I think that's the way you spell it). My personal favorite was a chicken breast panini with a pesto spread, but the roast beef panini is also really good. The roast beef comes with horseradish sauce, I'm not a fan of horseradish, it's way to strong. But theirs is pretty mild and it compliments the sandwich really well.
