El Centro, CA – The Imperial Valley Economic Development Corporation, will host the Imperial Valley Renewable Energy Summit, March 16-18, 2010, at the Quechan Casino & Resort in eastern Imperial Valley. The successes of previous year’s events have resulted in great anticipation by guests, speakers and sponsors alike for the 2010 program.

The three-day event will include a tour of the renewable energy projects in Imperial Valley, panel discussions, breakout sessions, exhibit hall and networking events. With the event themed, “Growing California’s Green Economy,” the breakout sessions will include discussions on relevant topics such as solar, geothermal, bio fuels, transmission, land use, water supply, economic development, workforce training and education.
