Seanez signs with Phillies

Brawley native Rudy Seanez agreed to a contract with the Philadelphia Phillies Tuesday and is expected to be in uniform tonight.

Seanez was released by the Los Angeles Dodgers last week, after spending last year and this spring with the club. Terms of his deal were not known.
